ZoneTrain connects to your Strava account, analyzes your running data using advanced AI, and generates personalized training plans. Each morning, you receive an HRV check via WhatsApp (Coming Soon), and your daily workout is adjusted based on your recovery status.

A Strava-compatible GPS watch with heart rate is recommended for full features (zone analysis, pace tracking). However, you can still use ZoneTrain's AI coaching and morning recovery checks (WhatsApp coming soon) without one — just enter your recovery state manually.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measures the variation between heartbeats and is a reliable indicator of recovery and readiness. When your HRV is low, ZoneTrain automatically prescribes easier workouts to prevent overtraining. When HRV is high, it pushes you harder.

ZoneTrain operates on a pre-paid credit model. You recharge your account with Credits (1 Credit = ₹1), which are then consumed daily based on your active training tier (Basic, Pro, or Race). If you pause or downgrade, your remaining credits stay in your account indefinitely as long as your account remains active.

Plans start from ₹199/month (Basic Coach) up to ₹399/month (Race Coach). A Pro tier is coming soon. Annual plans save up to 40%. Free Strava zone analysis is always available at no cost.
