Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your ZoneTrain subscription at any time. To cancel, log in to your account, go to "Settings," and select "Manage Subscription."

Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions: We generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service. Once a monthly charge has been processed, it is non-refundable.

Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within 7 days of the initial charge, you may contact zonetrain@zohomail.in to request a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately at zonetrain@zohomail.in. We will investigate the issue and issue a full refund for any confirmed billing errors within 5-7 business days.
