Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. ZoneTrain Credits

ZoneTrain operates on a pre-paid credit model. ZoneTrain Credits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once credits are purchased and added to your account balance, they cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to your original payment method.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your ZoneTrain active training plan at any time. To cancel, log in to your account and go to the "Subscription" section.

Upon cancellation, daily deductions from your credit balance will stop. Your remaining credits will stay in your account and do not expire as long as your account remains active. You can use these credits at any time in the future to reactivate your training.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately at zonetrain@zohomail.in. We will investigate the issue and issue a full refund for any confirmed billing errors within 5-7 business days.
